Nicole Campbell

I would describe my passion for a career as a fashion consultant. I am Nicole Campbell from Providence, Rhode Island, but residing in Greensboro, North Carolina for many years. As a child, I would use my Barbie dolls as a personal mannequins. Painting my canvas in the fashion world, I gave my dolls a different identity with each dress change. As a small child, I always express myself through dress. I would change clothes because of my personal preference as I show off my creativity within the family.

Most teens begin to find their niche in life between middle and high school. I knew that I would make a fashion statement in anything. Ambitiously, I started taking action on activities in different forms of art and design. I participate in extracurricular activities such as arts, modeling, and home-economic classes. My interest in fashion began with the different forms of drawing, modeling, and sewing. As a young adult, I continue to create an image for my appearance and future brand. The first appearance is the most memorable to an audience. I've produced samples of garments, practiced fashion cultural concepts, and fine-tuned techniques in apparel. By earning degrees in Business Administration and Apparel Design, I can pursue a career in the apparel industry as a fashion consultant.
